Each session is first-come, first-served and costs $75. You’ll meet with our experienced team of licensed attorneys, Department of Justice Accredited Representatives, paralegals, and legal support staff, dedicated to providing you with the guidance you need. About the Legal Dept
The CWS Florida Legal Department offers comprehensive legal assistance through
multiple programs.
Our team includes licensed attorneys, Department of Justice Accredited Representatives, paralegals, and legal support staff. We provide services across several locations in Florida, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Delray Beach, Tampa.
Legal Assistance Program
This program is designed to help eligible individuals achieve economic selfsufficiency and social adjustment shortly after arriving in the United States. All services under this program are provided free of charge to those who qualify.
Eligible Populations:
- Refugees
- Asylees
- Cuban/Haitian Entrants, Parolees
- Certified Victims of Human Trafficking
